Return or exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

A clear unboxing video is required as proof. The video must be captured from the moment the package is opened — without any cuts or edits — to verify the claim.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Important Notes:

  • Without the unboxing video proof, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request.
  • Returns and exchanges are only applicable for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
