Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-day exchange policy for size-related issues only. This means you can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the criteria below.

  • Returns or exchanges for a different product are not accepted.
  • To be eligible for a size exchange, items must be returned in their original condition:
    • Free from stains, perfume, or damage
    • With original tags attached
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID, the size you received, and the size you want.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the new size.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • If your exchange request qualifies for a refund (in case the size you want is unavailable), you will be notified once we receive and inspect the item.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund process.
