Eligibility

• Returns & exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Opening Video Required

An unboxing/opening video of the parcel (from start to finish, without any cuts/edits) is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.

Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.

The video helps us verify damages, wrong items, or missing pieces.
