Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

At Sahasrara, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic skincare products, we accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used or opened products.

2. Return & Exchange Request Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  • Email us at bizvaro1405@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9465889021, 9878697279 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear images of the product (showing damage/defect) and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or replacement within 7–10 business days.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed only for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • COD orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
  • Orders placed with Buy 2 Get 1 Free or other discount offers.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting our support team.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
